"You know the saying "don't cry over spilt milk?"  Well at Megan's first of four classes I took in her workshop, I cried over milk.  No, it didn't spill, but the effects I discovered through Megan's class, it might as well have!  Since Amelia was six months old, she's now almost three and a half, she's battled with constipation.  It has been a painful, heart breaking, frustrating 3 years.  Taking her to the doctor trying to figure out what to do.  Filling her body with laxatives internally and externally.  She was nursing for nine months and then we kept switching milks, but nothing seemed to relieve my baby girl from the pain of constipation.  As a mother I felt like I was failing my daughter.  It wasn't until Megan informed me that milk intake for children was one of the biggest reasons for constipation.  Even if the mom drinks milk and nurses!  Two heart breaking ah-ha moments left me in tears.  I was determined to make a change.  Megan suggested Almond Milk.  We did half Almond Milk half Organic milk, and then straight Almond Milk.  Amelia's system cleared up within weeks.  Then one morning she didn't want milk anymore.  I wasn't sure what to do.  So Megan and I chatted about Amelia's food intake.  She informed me calcium just doesn't come from milk!  My husband and I were raised to eat a few bites of each thing on our plate.  After talking with Megan though, we decided to actually listen to Amelia's desires.  We found out she prefers raw foods, fish and some chicken.  So instead of giving Amelia eggs, sausage, milk, cheese and so on...she started loving more of her fruits and veggies.  She loves red bell peppers for breakfast or snap peas and bananas!  She's gone back to drinking milk, but only wants it in the morning and before she goes to bed.  Amelia has been "regular" for 3 months now and is a happy girl.  Amelia has an 18 month brother who was completely opposite with his system.  For months Stephanos had a bacteria eating away his skin under his diaper and we couldn't get his stool to be hard.  Seeking advice from specialists left us hundreds of dollars of anti bacterial creams, but still a very painful rash.  Again, we switched to Almond milk and he seriously can't get enough of it!  My son hasn't had a rash in months!"

"I took Megan's Sexy Skinny Gal Workshop and found it extremely
informative and helpful.  She not only educates you with live talks,
she has recordings of these talks, handouts, and encourages you to
write down what she says.  This to me speaks volumes because it shows

information. I now have a much better understanding on how certain
foods can affect your well being, what are toxic and what are good for

"Cleanse......Megan....really?  I have had friends and family attempt these "fad" cleanses, and all of them did not complete the "eat no food and drink water with lemon and paprika cleanse.."  That was my only knowledge of a cleanse and I wanted no part of it when Megan brought this to my attention. She spent some time with me listening to what my goals were and challenges I have faced in the past.  I shared with Megan my family history and that my father had colon cancer.  I think that was all she needed to hear to tell me something that maybe I didn't want to hear, but needed to.  After listening to the differences between what I thought a cleanse was and colon cleansing, I was willing to try it.

Once I got the products and a plan for what I should be eating I was excited.  The first three days were tough and Megan told me that they would be.  Looking back I had convinced myself I was eating healthy and I just had some bad habits around food.  I knew that if I wanted different results physically, I needed different actions around food. I leaned on Megan and her accountability and my desire to be healthier drove me past  those first three days.  Starting day four I knew I could do this and never looked back throughout the two weeks. When all was said and done I lost 8 lbs and moved one belt  loop.  My attention was heightened to what I put in to my body, and how it effects not only my outside appearance but my mood and energy.

If you are like me and apprehensive to do a cleanse because you are afraid or don't believe it will help, I hope you take this to heart and do it.  I am not only a believer but doing my second one in a couple months.  I plan on doing them twice a year for therest of my life.  My next challenge is getting a colonic, I think I am like most people and am very strict with access to that area!  But I trust Megan with my health, and will be going during my next cleanse, so stay tuned for that update..."
